The service
PouPaw is an early-stage animal video community operated under the PouPaw service name. Features may change or be unavailable. Contact the operator through Contact. These terms do not establish a paid creator program.
Your account
You must be at least 18 to create a channel or upload. Keep your sign-in secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for content and activity on your account. Do not impersonate a person, organization, or rescue.
Your content remains yours
You retain your rights. By uploading, you grant PouPaw a non-exclusive license to store, process, review, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and promote its availability within the service. You must hold rights to footage, music, and images and obtain necessary permissions from people shown. This does not transfer ownership or automatically authorize advertising monetization.
Animal welfare and moderation
Follow the Community guidelines. We may reject or remove content, restrict accounts, and investigate reports to protect animals, users, and the service. A rejection is not a determination of legal rights. You can request a review through Contact.
No earnings or payment commitment
There are no active ads, creator payments, tips, subscriptions, or fundraising transactions in this launch version. No views or interactions create a debt owed to a creator. A future program requires separate provider approval and accepted terms, including an explicit platform share.
Removal and access
You may remove a video from public viewing in Creator Studio and request account or stored media deletion. Retention may be needed for security, legal obligations, and backups, as explained in the privacy notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or future feature availability.
Applicable rights
Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Commercial terms, the operator’s legal identity, and jurisdiction-specific provisions must be completed before commercial launch. Contact us about concerns or corrections.
