What you buy

A paid gift is a digital animation supporting the identified creator. A tip is a voluntary one-time payment. Neither buys physical supplies, an investment, a charity donation, or a guaranteed response or performance. No transferable coins or stored-value wallet is offered.

Before you pay

You must be 18 or older. The checkout screen shows your currency and amount, creator allocation and PouPaw share. PouPaw covers payment processing costs from its share. Your bank may separately charge foreign-exchange or other fees. Do not proceed if you do not understand or agree to the amount. Payments are processed by Stripe; PouPaw does not receive your full card number.

Creator eligibility and allocation

Creators need a connected, verified Stripe account with charges and payouts enabled. A completed provider-confirmed payment creates an allocation; a preview, cancelled checkout or return URL does not. PouPaw-managed library channels cannot receive paid support. Self-support is not permitted. Funds may be delayed, held, reversed or subject to provider requirements. This is not guaranteed income.

Refunds and disputes

Contact PouPaw promptly with your receipt reference for a duplicate, unauthorized or failed purchase. Do not send card or banking details. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded. Refunds and disputes can reverse the corresponding creator allocation and platform fee; bank processing times vary. Gift animations may fail or be hidden by viewers and do not guarantee public recognition.

Memberships and rescue giving

Recurring support has separate monthly support terms and activation controls. Rescue donations are not collected by PouPaw.

Animal welfare

Payments must never be used to request unsafe behavior, cruelty or distress. Creators may decline requests. Report concerns through the contact form.
