Your monthly choice

Monthly support is an optional recurring payment to support the named creator. It does not purchase exclusive content, physical products, a charitable donation, or a guaranteed performance. Free fan-club membership remains separate and free.

Amount and renewal

The offer and secure checkout state the amount, currency and monthly frequency. Your first payment is charged at checkout; further payments recur monthly until you cancel. The offer discloses the creator allocation and PouPaw percentage. PouPaw covers provider processing costs from its share. Your bank may charge exchange fees. Existing subscriptions keep the accepted amount and platform percentage; changing a creator’s offer affects new subscriptions only.

Cancel without a conversation

Sign in, open Monthly support, select Cancel future renewals, and confirm. Successful cancellation is recorded by the payment provider and stops future renewals at the displayed end date. You can also use the provider’s billing management page. If a connection fails, no cancellation is claimed: refresh status or contact support with your subscription reference. Cancellation does not automatically refund earlier payments. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Eligibility and refunds

You must be at least 18 and authorized to use the payment method. Creators need eligible, verified connected payout accounts. Refunds and disputes can reverse creator and platform allocations. Payment confirmation is not a bank payout guarantee. Contact support for duplicate, unauthorized or incorrect charges. Do not send full card details.

Provider and operator responsibilities

Stripe processes recurring charges and stores payment methods. PouPaw’s operator must confirm business identity, supported countries, taxes, provider fees, terms and refund operations before activating monthly support. Test subscriptions do not create real earnings. Advertising approval and rescue fundraising are separate.
