Who operates this service
PouPaw is the service name used by the site operator. Use our privacy request form to contact the operator. Business identity and a direct support address must be finalized before full commercial launch.
What we collect and why
Sign-in is provided by ChatGPT. The hosting service supplies a site-specific user ID and account email. We use your ID to secure your channel, uploads, likes, and follows. Your email is not shown on your public channel; it is recorded with support requests so we can reply.
Your chosen channel name, handle, biography, and published videos are public. New videos become public when you publish them. Older unpublished uploads remain accessible to you and authorized moderators until you choose to publish. Likes and follows are stored to operate these features; public counts are shown. Support messages and moderation records are restricted to authorized staff.
Service providers and storage
The service uses OpenAI Sites for hosting, ChatGPT for sign-in, and Cloudflare-backed database and object storage. Providers may process information outside your country. Fonts load from Google Fonts. Editorial photography loads from Unsplash; your browser makes requests to that service. Providers handle technical logs under their own policies.
Optional analytics and cookies
Necessary authentication and security storage supports sign-in. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser. Google Analytics is disabled unless a measurement ID is configured and you explicitly accept analytics. We do not send your email, channel biography, or search query to Analytics. Advertising is currently disabled.
Retention and your choices
Channel records and media are retained while needed to run the service. Removing a video immediately hides it from public viewing; it does not immediately erase storage or backups. Request account or media deletion, a copy, or a correction through the privacy form. We verify ownership and explain any legal or security retention needs. Storage and backup deletion schedules must be finalized before full launch.
Children and safety
Creator accounts are for adults aged 18 and older. Do not upload children’s private information, precise home locations, or content without the necessary permissions. Report concerns through our contact form.
Changes
We will update this notice when practices change. Optional tracking or new Google account permissions require a separate choice.
