Coins, gifts and creator earnings

Version coins-2026-10-v1. You must be 18 or older. Coins are digital credits for PouPaw gifts. They cannot be withdrawn as money, transferred to another viewer, or used outside PouPaw. Hearts are free and create no earnings.

The displayed price is charged once. Coins arrive only after payment confirmation. Sending consumes coins immediately and permanently; a gift cannot be reused or converted back to coins. Creators receive the disclosed share of the original purchase value of the coins used, after PouPaw’s share. Coin packs have different unit prices, so earnings may differ for the same gift. Processing costs come from PouPaw’s share.

Creators can claim eligible earnings once to their connected Stripe account. Stripe controls availability and bank payout timing. Receipts remain after payment; they cannot be redeemed again. Failed or uncertain transfers retain their original reference so retrying does not create another payment.

Refunds and disputes remove the corresponding coin value and may reduce or reverse creator earnings, including earnings already paid. Disputed purchases are held for review. For a duplicate, unauthorized or failed purchase, contact support with the receipt reference. Applicable consumer rights are preserved. Gifts are digital animations, not physical goods, investments or charitable donations.
